If you wish to join the Nuclear Suppliers Association, just print out and complete the attached Membership Application Form and mail it with your check for $150, payable to Nuclear Suppliers Association, to:

And while you're at it, please print out and complete the attached NSA Internet Web Site Questionnaire and send it along with your application.  This way, we can add your company to our web site and set up a link to your company's web site and an email link to the proper sales contact within your organization.  By also completing the Buyers Guide section, we can list your products and services on the site.  If you don't see an exact description of your products or services in our listings, enter it in the broader category under "other," but be sure to provide a description of what "other" means.  Also, if you would like to have a descriptive paragraph or two about your company included on the "Company Information" page, please include that, as well.
